Choose a Website Theme

1. Click the link below to review and choose the Theme you would like for your new Website.

Logo & Branding

1. Please upload your Logo and Brand Kit* to Google Drive (the link has been provided in your onboarding email).

   1. File types = SVG, AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG

   2. A list of your fonts & colors

   * If you don't have a brand kit, a high-quality logo will be sufficient for us to determine the appropriate brand colors to use on your website.

Team Headshots & Bios

1. Please upload existing headshot pictures and bios to Google Drive (the link has been provided in your onboarding email).

Lead Routing Information

1. Client Leads - Notification emails will be sent to your team about new Client Leads

   1. Please provide the email addresses to which the notifications should be sent.

2. Job Applicants - Notification emails will be sent to you and your team about new Job Applicants. 

   1. Please provide the email addresses to which the notifications should be sent.

Service Offerings

1. A list of home care and/or home health care services offered.

Service Area

1. List the top 5 areas/cities included in your service area where you want to find clients.
