How Do I Send Out A Newsletter?
Step 1: Clone the Newsletter Template
Go to Marketing in your dashboard.
Click Templates.
Find the Company Newsletter template.
⚠️ Important: Do not edit the original template.Click Clone, and give the new template a recognizable name.
Step 2: Create and Customize the Email Campaign
Return to the Marketing section.
Under the Emails tab, click Create Campaign.
Choose your cloned newsletter template (e.g., “email-last, Caring at Home”).
Make any final edits (text, images, etc.).
✅ Changes here won’t affect the original template.
Step 3: Set Up Delivery
Click Send or Schedule.
Choose how to send:
Send Now: Sends immediately.
Schedule: Pick a future date and time.
Batch Schedule: Sends in intervals (e.g., every 15 minutes).
Keep the Sender Email and Sender Name as-is (your location name).
Update the Subject Line to reflect the newsletter content.
Step 4: Choose Your Audience
Under Recipients, click the + button.
Select a Smart List. (Recommended for easier reuse.)

Step 5: Final Check & Send
Review all content carefully—especially for bulk sends.
When ready, click Send.
