Why can't I see the X(Twitter) account when connecting or scheduling posts?

As of December 4, 2024, X (formally Twitter) social posting has been decommissioned

This change means that you will no longer be able to create, schedule, or post directly to X (Twitter) using CareFunnels Social Planner.

While this decision was not taken lightly, it aligns with our commitment to delivering a robust, seamless, and future-forward platform for all our users.

What Does This Mean for You?

  • X (Twitter) Posting Unavailable: Users will not see X (Twitter) as an option in the CareFunnels Social Planner moving forward.

  • Other Integrations Remain Active: All other social media integrations (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, TikTok) remain fully supported and operational.
