Posting to your website:
Navigate to the "Create Jobs" page on your website.
This is an internal page on your site that is private, and password protected. Upon request, we will supply you with a password allowing your designated job team to log in to this page.
Click the link to Sign In
Enter your username or email address and your password.
You are now on the "Create Job Post" page. This standard form allows you to enter:
Job Title
Location (with option for remote position)
Job Type (full-time or part-time)
Description
Application email/URL (recruiter contact)
Next, enter your Company Details and Preview to see a draft of your post
When ready, click Submit and you will be notified of the submission pending admin approval.
Admin Approval:
Navigate to yourwebsite.com backslash WPAdmin.
Enter your username or email and your password, and this will log you into the back end of the site.
Navigate to "Job Manager" and your recent job posting should appear as "Pending Approval"
When ready, click "Approve" and the post will go live.
Removing a Post:
Navigate to your job post.
Select listings
Click the red "Delete" button. Note: It will be in your trash for temporarily. So if you click this by mistake, you can restore it. The post will be restored as a draft.
